1. Eligibility for Returns

• Unopened and unused products may be returned within 5 working days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
• We do not accept returns of opened or used items, including perishable products, unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at looknfeel1986@gmail.com or call us at +91 95978 64577 to request a return authorization (RA) number. Kindly include your order number and reason for return in your request.
• After receiving your RA number, securely package the item(s) along with the original invoice, and send them to the address provided by our customer service.
• Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the product being damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed within 3 working days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank’s policies.

4. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, variety, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

• In the case of receiving damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Include photos of the damaged or defective product, if possible, to expedite the process.
